CloudM and CTS, part of the CTS Group, continue to improve their ranking on Flexa’s list of the 100 most flexible companies to work for.
Having come 28th in 2023 and 47th in 2022, this year’s 13th place and a score of 90%, showcases the group’s dedication to support employee wellbeing and productivity with flexible policies.
Flexa’s FlexScore measures a company’s flexible working environment. The 2-step verification process first determines the flexible working options a company provides. It then verifies this by asking a statistically relevant portion of its employees to rate their satisfaction with key indicators which include: location, hours, trust and autonomy, and work-life balance.
