CloudM Automate 2.15: flexible and repeatable offboarding steps, new offboarding trigger
Build custom offboarding workflows with Automate 2.15
You now have complete flexibility to customize your workflows by arranging steps in whichever order you like and repeating them within the workflow, all within our user-friendly drag and drop interface.
This is particularly relevant for customers who due to internal policies have to move users between organizational units multiple times during the offboarding process. Where this requirement may have previously resulted in additional manual work, it can now be fully automated to save time and reduce the risk for human error.

Trigger offboarding steps when a user moves to a different OU
Moving to a new organizational unit typically comes with a change in access rights and other required steps. We have added a new trigger to cater for this scenario so that when a user is moved to an OU where this option is enabled, offboarding will be triggered to reduce the need for manual intervention. For more information and instructions on how to set this up, visit our knowledge base.
