Ensuring customer success: Atlassian
In a recent migration for Atlassian following their acquisition of video messaging tool Loom, CloudM and Seisma Group once again played to each other’s strengths. The consolidation of the two separate Google Workspace instances was complex, with over 600 users, in excess of 1 terabyte of email data and 14 million email messages plus a number of Shared Drives with over 350,000 documents.
From the first watchpoint meeting to identify potentially challenging elements of the migration to the actual moving of data, the team worked with the customer to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for the customer. With no data loss, CloudM and Seisma Group successfully delivered on that front. As Harrison Novak, Senior Technical Support Analyst, Atlassian puts it: “One of the biggest benefits was the immediate reduction in confusion. There was much less chaos than expected. It was a smooth transition, and everyone quickly adapted.”
CloudM Migrate was essential to achieve this outcome for the customer.
